Abigail Caldwell is a grant writer at Soukup Strategic Solutions that is passionate about helping organizations find the resources they need to fund their missions. She works in tandem with clients to compile the resources and research necessary to find and apply for funding opportunities that align with organizational values.
With over a decade of experience in nonprofit and grant management services, she knows how to communicate an organization’s needs while highlighting their current impact in the community. This translates into more financial awards for the nonprofits that need it most. She contributes to the team with excellent writing, editing, and research skills. Her experience with donor data and familiarity with the accounting processes allows her to understand the creation and maintenance of budgets, financial documents, and demographic information. Abby’s goal is to expand grant output and funding for her clients.
Throughout her career at Soukup, she has been able to support many prominent organizations including Avow, Hope Hospice, Naples Therapeutic Riding Center, Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, and Grace Jones Community Center.
Abby started working in fundraising in Houston, TX in 2016. She has since returned to her hometown of Rochester, NY, where she now works remotely. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
