IMPACTability™ has added seasoned philanthropy expert Peggy Monson to its team of nonprofit coaches. As an Impact Coach, Peggy will work with nonprofit leaders to build their skills in fundraising and nonprofit management. She will assist the company’s nonprofit professionals in determining their strengths and guide them in setting goals. Working collaboratively, Peggy will help identify strategies to take their career to the next level and increase their impact in their nonprofit.
Peggy has been leading organizational growth as a philanthropic, marketing, consulting, and wealth management executive in the private sector and the nonprofit sector for more than 30 years. Peggy has served on various nonprofit Boards across the country. Most recently she served as the President of the Board of Directors of The Naples Players. In addition, she is a founding member of the Barnabas Fund, a faith-based initiative. Peggy has also served as the past vice-chair of the Planned Giving Committee for Ronald McDonald House in Indianapolis.

Monson holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Evansville and a Master of Arts from the University of New Orleans with post-graduate studies at the New York University School of Business and the IUPUI School of Philanthropy.
