Soukup Strategic Solutions welcomes Jacqueline Howard as its new Grant Manager. With more than 25 years of nonprofit experience, her background includes a career in public relations, marketing, and development. Jacqueline has served in the healthcare, education, and community relations sectors, as has been on multiple nonprofit Boards.

At Soukup, she will be responsible for planning and executing the grantmaking process by working with clients directly to assess needs, support program staff in researching funding opportunities, manage documents and deadlines and track grantee results.

Jacqueline began her career in the nonprofit field right out of college as the Director of Public Relations at a small nonprofit hospital in Ohio. She also served as a Director of Organizational Development and Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator for different healthcare organizations. Adding to her experience in marketing and fundraising, she began grant writing for a variety of healthcare and educational organizations.

When she’s not in the office, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. In addition, she plays the piano for churches, fundraising events, and Rotary International of which she is a member. Her passion to meet the needs of people and capacity building drives her exceptional work to ensure organizations and agencies have the funding they need to thrive.
