Patrick Tronnier is a consultant at Soukup Strategic Solutions with a specific focus on feedback and the associated key performance indicators, reporting, and communications necessary to ensure a client-first culture. With over three decades of experience assisting startups in the hospitality, education, and energy industries, he is an empathetic leader with an uncompromising passion for taking care of clients.

Patrick has founded several businesses, including four before the age of 25, and has served in various roles at Microsoft, The Ritz-Carlton, and Florida Gulf Coast University. These experiences, combined with his passion for serving others, have uniquely positioned him to understand the nuances of delivering exceptional service to nonprofit constituents.

Patrick is a University of South Florida graduate with a B.S. in Finance. He has a deep sense of community engagement and in his spare time volunteers at Hospice and enjoys kiteboarding, mountain hiking, and adventure traveling with his family and identical twin.
