Lillian Davis is a seasoned consultant with over 15 years of experience helping nonprofits and wellness companies thrive through strategic marketing and organizational development. Her passion for community building, collaboration, and nonprofit growth has been the foundation of her success.

With a strong background in nonprofit marketing, Lillian has led impactful initiatives, including strategic planning, organizational rebranding, and volunteer program development. At the YMCA, she played a pivotal role in the rebranding initiative, serving as a National Brand Advocate and building a corporate marketing team that supported organizational growth. Her efforts were highlighted in a National Case Study, where she successfully integrated community engagement with storytelling to revitalize the brand, contributing to a 35% increase in revenue and fundraising.

In addition to her nonprofit work, Lillian led a successful marketing agency for two years, where she expanded her expertise to include B2B marketing strategies. Her consulting services are comprehensive, spanning brand management, marketing assessments, omni-channel marketing planning, website development, online fundraising, SEO optimization, video editing and production, content management, copywriting, data analysis and management, software and AI implementation, and Google grant ad management. Lillian’s ability to mobilize and organize resources while delivering tailored marketing strategies has made her a trusted partner for many organizations.

Lillian’s educational background, including a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit leadership and a Master of Arts in Community Psychology, has provided her with a strong foundation in program development and evaluation, data analysis and reporting, strategic planning, and community organizing. Lillian is dedicated to volunteering for various nonprofits and local farms, including HomeAid Orange County and the Ecology Center. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, playing piano, and attending arts events.
