Grant Coordinator

Rosie Dugan is a Grant Coordinator with Soukup Strategic Solutions, where she supports grant research, prospect tracking, and project coordination. She brings a strong foundation in communication and client service, paired with a practical, detail-oriented approach that helps keep projects organized and moving forward.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, Rosie earned her degree in Communication from Virginia Tech. Since 2018, she has worked as a real estate agent in Western North Carolina, guiding a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors—through complex transactions. She also co-owns and operates a property management company with her husband, Jesse.

Based in Hendersonville, North Carolina, Rosie is expecting her first child. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, horseback riding, and spending time with her family—including their two dogs, Finn and Stanley, and their flock of chickens and ducks.
