Brian Hough
Interim Grants Team Manager
Brian Hough is passionate about helping organizations find the resources they need to fund their missions. He works in tandem with clients to compile the resources and research necessary to find and apply for funding opportunities that align with organizational values.
Brian Hough has over a decade of experience working alongside non-profits. He has served in a variety of roles, ranging from program director of a food rescue non-profit that provided 500k meals a year to those in need, to content writer, and, finally, as a grant writer for a wide variety of national and international non-profit organizations. In addition to a BA in English, and a BS in Biology, Brian holds a master’s degree in English and a master’s in education.
Brian’s passion for nonprofits began in his youth when he assisted overseas with medical relief projects in Haiti. He enjoys the innovative thinking grant writing requires, but more importantly, he enjoys using his writing experience to help passionate organizations continue their work to make the world a better place. In his spare time, Brian loves to read, cook, and breathe fresh air as often as possible while exploring the outdoors.
