Director of Client Services
Brooke is the Director of Client Services at Soukup Strategic Solutions. She brings a diverse background, beginning her career in retail and restaurant management before transitioning to the casino and gaming industry while putting herself through college. Brooke is the first in her family to earn a Master’s degree—an achievement that sparked her passion for nonprofit work.
Recognizing her strengths in systems and operations early on, Brooke served as the Operations Manager at Nanodropper, a medical device startup in the eyecare industry. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Wellfit Girls, a Southwest Florida nonprofit providing leadership, fitness, and empowerment programs for teen girls. Brooke’s journey with the organization began as a volunteer in 2017; within three years, she rose to the role of Executive Director. She continues to support Wellfit Girls as a thought leader and advocate.
In addition to her professional experience, Brooke is a certified personal trainer, health and life coach, Wilderness First Responder, and has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. She lives in Venice, Florida, with her partner Mark and their two pups, Walter and Wayne.
