Hope Hospice’s mission is to improve the quality of life for every person experiencing serious illness by providing exceptional, comforting care and choices that give hope and meaning to every moment.
Founded in 1981 by a group of volunteers, Hope Hospice, located in Fort Myers, Florida, began solely providing hospice services. They now offer several programs and services to the communities of Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties.
Hope Connections, a program for low-income senior citizens living in the rural food deserts of Hendry and Glades counties, connects them to the necessities and services they require like food, medication, social connection, and more.
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides all aspects of service, mainly transportation and medical care that a low-income older adult designated as “frail” may need, with the aim of helping them remain in their home safely.
Hope Healing Hearts offers bereavement support for individuals who need help navigating their grief journeys, including individuals whose loss did not take place at Hope Hospice.
These programs are just a few of the services provided by Hope Hospice, who for over 40 years has provided comfort and compassion for people with serious illness and their families.
Soukup Strategic Solutions is honored to assist Hope Hospice with Grant Services. We’re grateful to be partnering with an organization delivering such comprehensive and meaningful work in Southwest Florida.
