Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church (VPC) began in a storefront in 1979 and has grown into a caring fellowship of more than 650 active and affiliate members who gather under the landmark spire of their current facility. Their service is traditional, with breathtaking music from their multi-million dollar pipe organ and the beautiful voices of their choir, children, and soloists. A central commitment of VPC is mission and outreach, and their congregation volunteers with several local agencies, including Habit for Humanity, and Mission Peniel (Immokalee). They also have a Concert Series that is part of the church’s outreach program that hosts outstanding singers and instrumentalists from the community.

Mission is at the center of Vanderbilt’s ministry, and our goal is a Mission program so vital it transforms lives—ours as well as the lives of those we seek to serve. We are joined together in our Christian faith and in a desire to live out that faith in service to one another, to our community, and to our world.
