With 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, Emlyn has worked with both national and international organizations, leading initiatives in fundraising, grants, marketing, strategic planning, operations, governance, and program management. She is passionate about empowering nonprofits to build long-term sustainability and maximize their impact.

As Director of Client Services at Soukup Strategic Solutions, Emlyn focuses on building strong client relationships and developing tailored growth strategies that help nonprofits achieve their goals. She specializes in cultivating high-performing teams and implementing practical solutions that drive meaningful results. With a hands-on, collaborative approach, Emlyn works closely with nonprofit leaders to foster long term success.

Based in the Chicagoland area, Emlyn holds a B.A. and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
