Kim Hales is a dedicated nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience in helping organizations grow and thrive. She brings a strong expertise in strategic planning, board development, and fundraising, consistently finding ways to boost revenue and broaden support bases across various sectors.

Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Soukup Strategic Solutions, Kim is instrumental in cultivating and managing client relationships while overseeing a diverse team. She ensures that strategic goals are met, and projects are executed with precision, delivering high client satisfaction. Kim’s ability to facilitate strategic planning sessions has empowered numerous organizations to set clear objectives and actionable plans, driving sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Kim has consistently excelled in major gift solicitation, government and foundation relations, and program development. Her leadership is built on fostering strong philanthropic relationships and empowering nonprofits to achieve their missions with impact and effectiveness.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Iowa, a background that enhances her ability to craft compelling narratives that engage stakeholders and drive successful fundraising initiatives.
