Mike Belle serves as a Senior Grant Writer with Soukup Strategic Solutions and brings more than 11 years of experience in grant management. His expertise includes grant writing, managing complex funding pipelines, and stewarding relationships across the full donor lifecycle. He has a proven ability to advance cultivation and stewardship strategies, develop tailored grant proposals and donor communications, and align philanthropic efforts with organizational mission.

As a grant professional, Mike has served a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, including disability-focused organizations, healthcare institutions, and social service providers. He also spent three years as President of the North Florida Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association.

Mike began his nonprofit work in Jacksonville, Florida, and is now based in the Greater Chicago Area. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys writing, baking, attending Chicago Sky games, and spending quality time with his two pups, Fielder and Dylan.
