Shannon has professional experience in nonprofits, higher education, and business, both small and corporate. She has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector as both a Director of Development and as a Board member of numerous nonprofit organizations. Her knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor relations, and nonprofit management allows her to provide strategic guidance to nonprofits for sustainability, growth, and maximum impact.

As a Client Engagement Associate, Shannon is well equipped to leverage her extensive experience and skills to provide exceptional support to our clients, locally and nationally. Her dedication to nonprofit work, fueled by her personal journey and proven ability to drive results make her an invaluable asset to our team and the nonprofits we serve.

Shannon’s journey into the world of nonprofits is deeply rooted in her personal experience as the parent of a now-grown special needs child. This personal connection ignites her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing unique challenges.

In addition to her work with Soukup Strategic Solutions, Shannon is a licensed auctioneer and enjoys raising funds at benefit auctions across the country.
