Sheryl Soukup, CFRE, is the founder and president of Soukup Strategic Solutions, a national consulting firm that helps nonprofit organizations turn ambitious goals into achievable results.

Since founding the firm in 2012, Sheryl has built and leads a team of experienced professionals with diverse expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and grant services—helping nonprofits improve results and achieve long-term growth. Together, they partner with executive leaders and Boards to strengthen fundraising performance and overall organizational effectiveness, building the alignment needed for lasting success.

Sheryl works directly with CEOs, executive directors, and senior leadership teams, blending strategic counsel with executive coaching to strengthen leadership, articulate vision, clarify priorities, and accelerate progress from planning to action. She is also a trusted advisor to Boards, delivering training and guidance that enhance governance, accountability, and engagement in fundraising.

Known for her practical and thoughtful approach, Sheryl helps leaders navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and build momentum—especially when capacity is lean and expectations are high.
